General Policies

Orders may be placed via our secure internet site, using Amex, Visa, Mastercard or Discover. They may also be mailed, faxed or phoned. Use our Mail/Fax Order Form for easy ordering. All phone and mail orders must be prepaid. Checks returned for insufficient funds will incur a $10 service fee.
